By creating an account or using FootballSwap (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be 17 years or older to use FootballSwap.
FootballSwap is a fan tool to track a physical sticker album and coordinate in-person trades with other users. It is not an official product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, Panini, any league, federation, club, or competition. Player and country names are used only as factual references; national flags are public symbols; sticker numbering is our own. The app contains no official logos, crests, player images, or album artwork.
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You are responsible for the content you post (nicknames, trade posts, messages). You grant us a limited license to display that content as needed to operate the app. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
You agree not to post or send content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, spam, fraudulent, that impersonates others, that shares another person’s private information, or that otherwise violates these Terms or the rights of others.
We provide tools to report content or users and to block users. We review reports and will remove offending content and/or suspend or remove the responsible accounts, typically within 24 hours. We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
FootballSwap is only a listing and coordination tool. We do not process payments, verify users’ identities, or guarantee any trade. Trades happen directly between users, offline and at your own risk. Always meet in public places. We are not a party to any trade and are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the outcome of any exchange.
The app and its original content (excluding user content and third-party factual data) are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from trades, meetings, or interactions between users.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: contact@zoniteai.com
This agreement is between you and FootballSwap’s developer only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Usage Rules.
